Kandy part two
A few kilometers outside Kandy city you’ll find its lovely Botanical Gardens, once the king of Kandy’s private property. It’s huge and rich with gigantic bamboo trees, various exotic cactuses, ficus trees with entangled roots, flowers of every imaginable colour, and also home to animals like monkeys, palm squirrels and flying foxes.
